Del 4 al 6 de Abril de 2011, Bio-Rad Laboratories ha tenido el placer de organizar en Salzburgo, Austria, la tercera convocatoria de expertos en calidad en el laboratorio. El primer día del evento tuvo lugar la ceremonia de apertura, con las conferencias de presentación de los cinco grupos diferentes de trabajo que se reunieron el segundo día para debatir los temas propuestos. El tercer día tuvo lugar la exposición de los resultados del debate, así como la conferencia de clausura que por primera vez, se pudo seguir a través de internet.
