Primer Simposio Europeo sobre Gestión de la Calidad en Medicina del Laboratorio

El 12 y 13 de Febrero del 2009, Bio-Rad Laboratories organizó, en colaboración con la Federación Francesa de Hospitales, el primer Simposio Europeo sobre gestión de la calidad, en medicina del laboratorio.

El Simposio tuvo lugar bajo los auspícios de la EFCC (Federación Europea de Química Clínica y Medicina del Laboratorio), la SFBC (Sociedad Francesa de Biología Clínica) y la IFCC (Federación Interacional de Química Clínica y Medicina del Laboratorio).

Este evento, versó sobre acreditación, un proceso muy conocido y con un desarrollo muy fuerte en toda Europa, pero también fue debido al interés Francés suscitado por la publicación de un documento por el Ministerio Francés de Salud, que recomienda una acreditación obligatoria de todos los laboratorios de Francia.

El primer dia, se tituló "Acreditación Europea de Laboratorios Médicos", fue organizada en colaboración con la Sociedad Húngara de Medicina en el Laboratorio, así como con la Sociedad Croata de Bioquímica Médica. Las presentaciones fueron hechas de manera simultánea además de en París, también en Szeged (Hungría) y Zagreb (Croacia).

A continuación, Bio-Rad les brinda la oportunidad de visionar todas las presentaciones en Inglés. También están disponibles en Francés si fueran de su interés.

El 13 de Febrero, el Simposio empezó con una presentación de la Ministra Francesa de Salud, Roselyne Bachelot-Narquin que habló sobre la reforma de la medicina en el laboratorio, así como del porqué de la elección de la acreditación obligatoria, en beneficio del paciente.

Durante este día: "Acreditación de Laboratorios Médicos para la reforma Francesa de la Medicina en el Laboratorio", máximos representantes de autoridades Francesas, así como biólogos médicos, ofrecieron una visión general, de la gestión de la calidad y acreditación en medicina del laboratorio dentro del contexto de la reforma francesa:
