Support of Bio-Rad controls and software products does not end when you receive your products. Three support groups are available to help you with your questions and needs.

Technical Service

When you purchase control products from Bio-Rad, you receive the backing of a full-service Technical Support Department, staffed with Clinical Laboratory Scientists, skilled in handling your inquiries in a prompt, knowledgeable and professional manner.

The staff is highly trained and comprised of many former Laboratory Managers and Department Supervisors with an average of more than 20 years of clinical laboratory experience.

QC Program

The QC Program Department at Bio-Rad offers you expert technical support and information about data and reports through software management tools. The department is the primary contact for all Unity™ and EQAS technical support functions and provides accredited continuing education seminars on quality control related topics.

QC Program staff answers inquiries abaout Bio-Rad data management systems, as well as peer group data comparison information and classification. This group handles Unity™, www.qcnet.com enrollments, as well as EQAS enrollments, submission of data, cycle dates and EQAS eForms.

Additional benefits are provided with continuing education seminar programs in Basic Statistics of Quality Control. This is a worldwide program and in the United States, PACE accreditation may be obtained.

Connectivity Support

The Connectivity Support Department is dedicated to help your laboratory "get connected". This group was added to the Technical Service and QC Program support groups in response to our customers' needs. Working with the hospital IT department and the laboratory, Connectivity staff helps integrate the Bio-Rad Quality Control software with your laboratory Information System (LIS). In addition, they troubleshoot the integrity of the connection when needed.
