| My EQAS Reports provides online access to your EQAS Reports. In the interest of confidentiality, only registered users will have access to their own laboratory reports. |
| Select a Lab Number from the drop-down list of Lab Numbers registered to you. Then select the Product, Cycle Number, Sample Number and Report Type that you wish to view.

| Use the toolbar in Adobe Acrobat ® Reader to zoom and search. You can select a different item from any drop-down list at anytime.

| Once your EQAS laboratory number has been registered, reports for the current cycle will be posted. These reports will remain available on QCNet until the end of the next cycle.
